Ri3d Pneumatics question

We recently saw the Team O-RYON shooter video explaining how everything worked. At a certain point, I noticed a pneumatic T connector plugged into itself. Does this serve any other purpose other than a makeshift plug (Which was my first thought)?

Re: Ri3d Pneumatics question

T's with two if the three ports joined in a loop make an excellent cap at the end of a line.

I didn't see the thing you are talking about (and BOOM DONE. didn't use pneumatics this year) but I suppose that is what you saw.

My apologies, it was actually team O-RYON. Sorry for the confusion. But yes, that is the only explanation I can think of. Thank you.

Re: Ri3d Pneumatics question

Dr. Joe is correct. It was just used as a cap at the end of the line. We were in a hurry (of course) and were missing some parts. We went to fix it but once we finish, we jumped to mentoring our respective FRC teams and haven't really touched our robot since.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!!
