Encoders stop functioning while the robot is enabled
 

Over the last few days I have been trying to get the encoders working for our robot. We have the encoder wired to the digital sidecar and it works great untill you enable the robot. This problem exsists both in the encoder examples and in my own code. Does anyone have any insight on what might be causing this?
