This is just to see how many of our high school youth are being tortured by having to watch Destinos-A Spanish Telenova. I have had the .:opportunity:. to watch this for the past 2 years... and plus i want to know if don fernando ever dies and if raquel and arturo ever hook up!!! Its going to bother me until i find out!!!

Si no vemos mi nota en el "Rumor Mill Forum", mi clase ve destinos. Es una programa muy buena. I've only ever seen about the first 25 episodes or so. I am not in Spanish this year (because of scheduling) so I have to miss out on my weekly dose of destinos. Estoy muy triste.

Well, if the suspense is killing you, then I can fill you in on the details...we are done watching destinos!!! But, there are nuevos destinos now!!! :(

I never had to watch any of that stuff for Spanish, but my mom nightly watches two shows on Univision (do you guys get that who don't live in S Fl?). They're annoying b/c I never have any clue what's going on. I can't remember what the one show is called by the other is Amigos y Revales (friends and rivales). Oh well.

I always cheated in class by bringing in summaries of the episodes (in english) every time we watched it. It really helped me pass the class. Remember in chicago this past season when we talked about Destinos with the kid from Wildstang? It's awesome. We've been talking about naming our robot after someone from Destinos, like Osito, Don Fernando, y Rosario. But I don't think the engineers would like it too much:(

Wow...i didnt think n e one else got subjcted to destinos...we watch it every week, my friend David and i have the intro memorized...

I'd have to say Destinos was about the corniest thing I've ever watched in school. It's so ridiculous it's ALMOST funny. What's even funnier, however, is how many other people have watched it. It's always funny to hear people talk about destinos. Makes a great conversation starter..... Not really, but it's funny anyways.

Hey, I used it as a conversation starter in the pits at Chicago last year... it actually worked... I mean, people actually talked to me about it. I just think its funny how you have to do the stupid worksheets that you can't even understand what they questions are asking you. I think my favorite episode was one of the early ones where Don Fernando kept whispering "Rosario" in the creepiest voice. And then the one with the picture of Arturo and Raquel. And by the way, any one else think that Luis looked a little old for Raquel?

i thought that autoro and raquel were still seeing each other?

David~ I can't believe you took the time to actually look for pictures.... I am saddened by that... j/k... actually, we have a destinos book that we can use with all the characters in it. Its really terrible. And yes, Arturo and Raquel are still together, so who knows what will happen in Nuevos Destinos?
