20" rule
I am seeking clarification on the rule stating that no part of the robot can extend 20" past the perimeter. Does this mean we can have two implements in this zone as long as neither extends beyond the 20"?

While we are on the subject, if you control the 20" dimension with software alone, you will still be responsible if your software fails and you fall outside the 20" limit. It is recommended that you design in a system to prevent falling out of the 20" dimension. Better to be safe than sorry.
