Seeking 4-6 additional teams for practice/scrimmage in Chantilly, VA this Sunday
 

Chantilly Robotics Team 612 very recently received donated, temporary access to nearby warehouse space. We are working hard to complete a practice field by tomorrow (Saturday) night. So we are seeking four or five additional teams to join 612 and three others for some practice and very informal scrimmage this Sunday, February 16th from 10-4.

We have a fairly complete field simulated with wood and Plexiglas including low goals, high goals, side walls, 12"x12"x26' truss, driver's stations and FRC-spec carpeting. Red, white and blue zones are marked in colored duct tape as are the human player zones. We don't have any plans for a vision target or LED's at this point, and the official "pedestals" for us are chairs behind the drivers stations. Also, we won't have FMS by Sunday and teams are limited to a couple of adult mentors and up to six students since we have very limited facilities. Still - this should be a lot of fun if your team can swing it.

We will make a more general announcement of the practice field's availability tomorrow night. 612 is looking other teams who have a second bot this year and are interested in testing, practice and scrimmage before the official tournament season starts.
