does anyone know where to get a list of teams
who are competing in a regional?
or does it come out before competition?
or no list comes out at all?

FIRST will probably post a list of teams attending each
regional on their website. However, this will probably
not happen until after February 20th. However, these
lists SHOULD be up before the regionals actually begin.
