3D-Printed Parts on the BOM
 
Do 3D-printed components belong on the Bill of Materials? If so, is the cost simply that of the material used?

Yes, they belong on the BOM. Because they are a piece of the robot. I do not know the answer to the second question.

Yes, everything on your robot that costs over $1 is required to be listed.
