I need to wire the compressor and the switch for it. how do i do this? i got the compressor to work, but the switch didn't affect it at all, and it ran while disabled.

what wires do i plug where?

Re: how to wire the compressor?

The compressor is connected to the outputs of a Spike relay. The pressure switch is connected to the Digital I/O section of the Digital Sidecar.

The sensor connects between the (-) Negative pin and the Signal pin of the digital side car DIO slot that you designate. I believe it doesn't matter what terminal in the sensor the wires connect to, just connect the negative to one terminal and the signal to the other terminal on the pressure sensor.

Hope this helps

Technically, the C terminal on the sensor should be connected to the GND pin on the DSC and the NC terminal on the sensor should be connected to the SIG pin on the DSC, but it doesn't matter since the switch is just closing a contact.

Thank you for clarifying that. I didn't have one in front of me to give that information.
