Sidecar shuts off when turning left or Backwards

We are having a problem where when ever we try to go in reverse or turn left at more than half speed the sidecar shuts down. Whenever we go forwards and right the drive works fine. Please help us!!!

Is that happening with a fully charged battery?

This sounds like you're drawing too much current when turning. Does the power still turn off on the DSC when you prop the robot on blocks (such that the wheels aren't contacting anything) and you attempt to turn?

This problem is noted to happen when the Digital Sidecar isn't properly supplied with 12v power from the Power Distribution.

Check the three power lights on the Digital Sidecar.
All three must be bright green.

Remember, the sidecar needs 12V, not 5V

Also, make sure motors are set up polarity correct. IE red to M+ black to M-. We had the same cutoff issue when they were reversed.
