Budget constraints?

we're a second year team, and I was wondering what exactly counts as KOP for the purposes of the budget constraints rule.

namely, how many Victor 888's and CIM's can I put on the robot before I need to count them? we ordered a bunch that were extra-KOP parts, and I was wondering how to catagorize them on our Bill of Materials.

If it comes in the KoP, your cost for accounting purposes on the BoM is zero.
There are no quantity limits.

Re: Budget constraints?

You do have to count every component you put on the robot (except sub-$1 parts such as fasteners).

I don't recall from last year, but does the BOM need to include things like wire and pneumatic tubing?

Looks like your answer is one post above.
