Hi there. I am having problems with my program when it comes to the solenoids. When I run autonomous the drive motors and the window motor are running perfectly. Then my solenoids just flicker on and off within a fraction of a second when they should clearly turn on or off for at least a few seconds. I have double checked that there are no word errors in naming, which is hard to do with Global variables, to my knowledge the wiring is correct. Also, in tele-op everything works perfectly so it is definitely not a wiring or mechanical issue just programming. And advice will help. I will also attempt to post pictures below. Sorry for any obscurity.::ouch::

The first picture is the first half the second picture is the last half.

Your logic is very simple. I don't think the code you presented is to blame. I'd look to the code that is actually updating the motors and solenoids. Determine if it is possibly being updated from more than one place. Then check if the globals are being updated elsewhere.
