Hot Off The Mill And Ready For Action!

Engineer on team #34, The Rockets, from Bob Jones High / New Century High and DaimlerChrysler. Actually we used a similar wheel last year and attracted a lot of attention from the FIRST officials but we were never told to remove them. The funny thing is that these wheels don't actually cut the carpet loops but they do "comb" the loops if you continue to spin the wheels when held in a fixed position. Does anyone have any experience with carpet "combing" as far as the "carpet damage" rules go? PS Yes I have alternate wheels just in case and yes I drive our machine shop guys a little crazy...... |

Don't quote me on this though. Tom Schindler Team 177 |

Kinder and gentler

A time when bots were tanks, and wheels like that would take joy in running back and forth over the most recent "disabling." Brings a tear to me eye. Good times, good times. |
