GoPro help needed -- time lapse movies

We recently got a GoPro and I want to do time lapse movies.

I need a little help on what software I need and how to do it. I have PC's and an iPad, so the software needs to run there.

A PM is fine, thanks!

The GoPro can do time-lapse movies on its own. I can't help you much beyond that, but you don't need any fancy software.

The GoPro does time lapse by creating folders of JPEG photos, up to 999 per folder. You will need to transfer the photos to your computer and use software to assemble them into a movie. I suggest using the GoPro Studio software that is offered by the manufacturer. I think it's free.

Or, if you happen to have Windows Live Movie Maker, that will also work. I've used that with a GoPro in the past. Offload photos, access from Movie Maker, set frame rate, and you'll have a time-lapse as soon as it finishes rendering.
