I can't help you with your question, but for any rookies reading, I wanted to re-share his contribution to the 2012 FRC kickoff broadcast. I watch this whenever I catch myself feeling uninspired.

In Woodie's speeches this year, it appears that he's again drawing attention to the profound differences between education and training, an idea that resonates very deeply with me.
