Hello again peoples thanks for the comment here is a better version on or scouting sheet. I did not change the how well because for us, it works out. this version is much more straight forward, just circle yes/no so there's no confusion. you can change it around if you want, just save it as a power point by changing the format. plz give me your comments again they were very helpful:D :D :D :D:D !
