2789's Aerial Assist Scouting System
 

This is the system that we used with 4063 TRikzR4kiDz at the 2014 Alamo and Dallas Regionals.

We used one sheet per team per match, and organized them with one hanging file folder per team in a hanging file folder box.

We also had one "Drive" folder that we would give to the drive team; that folder would include all the sheets for both our and the opposing alliances in that match. We usually send that folder from the stands 5-6 matches before our match.

Attached we have the scout sheet, an explanation of the scout sheet, a few examples of finished scouting sheets, and the spreadsheet used to enter the data.

We used the excel spreadsheet to generate our picklist, which is explained in this video.
