1986 Team Titanium GoPro Montage

We had some extra footage from our robot's point of view at the Kansas City Regional. So we put it together in a montage, enjoy! :)

Nice work on the video. Really highlights the intake capabilities. Loved how you showed off the different assist techniques as well.

I've wondered this for a bit... what is the cap discharge-ish noise that goes off right after every shot? It happens about the same time as the arm twitches downward a bit after the shot.

You should hit all of this footage up with the "Pro-tune" and "Fisheye Removal" post processes available through the "GoPro Studio" you can get for free from their website. It worked wonders on my robot footage because it corrects the brightness, colors and warpy-ness of the raw footage.

I love GoPro robot footage!

I think what you are hearing is the long pneumatic cylinder recocking the surgical tubing for the shooter. You can hear it better on this video. You'll notice you don't hear the sound after the shot in auto until after teleop starts. We wait to recock at the end of auto to avoid being in midcock when the field switches modes. The arm twitch is a product of the upper jaw changing directions and is unrelated to the sound you hear.

Let me know if you are hearing something else. Swing by at champs and we'll give you a tour.

Should have known that video was your handiwork Chris. Excellent job as always. We're going to miss it when you graduate.

I think whoever picks your music deserves an award.

Thanks for "keeping it light" Titanium!
