Gah. The team list is down for CMP. Does anyone know what the status on NE teams accepting/declining is?

Alternate list here:
https://my.usfirst.org/frc/scoring/i...ID_event=10747

Assuming the above posting about 125 is correct: 3 points qualified NE teams have not registered: 131, 716, 2168. 716 and 2168 are confirmed out elsewhere on the forums. 133 has registered so that's one of those slots. Looks like 2 NE points slots still being worked out.

Can certainly speak for the Circuit Breakers (696). They build some killer machines (3-ball-autonomous-anyone?) but don't seem to get lucky in the elims. Some of the most dedicated students and mentors that 3476 has had the pleasure to work with, with an outstanding program.

What a great team. Its was a lot of fun practicing with them. They work so hard.

1868 Space Cookies are not on the list. They have won EI and RCA multiple times over the past few years. Seems like the NASA teams have taken a hit this year... :(

This takes you to the list as well. Around some time last year FIRST introduced a second way to display information pulled off of TIMS that operated interdependently with the old one most people access through FRCLinks. Why that is the case/ I couldn't tell you.

Jed Clampitt? :ahh:

Not sure if that data is pulled from TIMS or if it is part of the dumb stuff you are supposed to know, like, before the build season starts for them to print in the programs.

They have some of the wrong information either way. "Jed Clampitt" was an idea for our robot name last year when it still had pneumatic clamps to climb the pyramid. We ditched the clamps and the name but it must have never changed in TIMS, or we forgot to update it. I remember the same thing happening in 2011 when the list used our 2010 name, ROBBIE, instead of our 2011, robot name, Magellan.

I'd like to throw Team SCREAM, 4522 in the mix. They are a second year team that put a lot of us veterans to shame. They gave Bomb Squad a run for their money in Arkansas and put in a great performance in KC as well. Not to mention that they had a fully functioning robot completed in week 3 of build season.

Keep an eye out for 4522.

From the list shown in this thread, SCREAM is registered for Champs

They actually got into the Oklahoma regional at the last second and won the whole thing after throwing some traction wheels on their robot. Now they're registered for CMP and have a great shot at putting up a heck of a fight there.

Also, 316 from MAR won two district events this year but did not qualify.

696 had one heck of a robot. It's a shame they won't be going to St. Louis.

Unfortunately we did not do well at MAR champs. We were plagued with electrical problems all season and by the time we fixed them all it was too late. Even if we did qualify there was a good chance we wouldn't have gone due to lack of funds.

SCREAM entered a week 5 regional and won it, so they have qualified for champs

I'd like to add that they have a fantastic robot and are a pleasure to drive with. We allied at GKC and were semifinalists

Black Magic, Team 237 had a very nice, consistent bot that picked up and shot in the same direction up in Boston. I'm very surprised they did not get picked in alliance selections or make it to St. Louis.

I stand corrected! I couldn't be happier for such a deserving team. We are going to have some strong teams at Champs from Missouri.
