Awesome! Thanks for posting. 1923 has also registered to field our practice robot as a second team (Yet-To-Be-Named) to allow for more students to get pit/drive team experience, but we haven't yet appeared on the list for some reason. Expect a 1924 in there as well. :)

Another update...once again we will be giving out the Woodie Flowers Jr. Submissions should be in the form of an essay (no page limit or requirement), with pictures of the nominee in action. Teams can load in tomorrow at around 3 pm. We will also be running practice matches tomorrow night based on the field progress made tonight.

Not sure about a webcast yet but the link will be posted here if we go down that road.

A few late updates:

• elims will feature 4 team alliances, No Backups
• Drivers meeting is at 8:00am, matches start at 8:30, queuing starts at 8:15
• webcast is in testing
• this is the very first qualifying event for this, the Colonial Robotics Championship

For those of you who attended Monty Madness and are interested in attending another offseason competition, Stevens Institute of Technology is hosting their very first event!

Thanks for a great off-season event!
1796 hasn't attended Monty in 3 years and I forgot how nice and well run of an off-season it is.
Thanks to 11, 102, and 4361, it was fun to play with you guys!

Also thanks to 1676 for archiving the matches. The new drivers we tried out throughout the event will appreciate being able to review it and improve.
We look forward to returning next year!
