To join in on the fun, you will need to download an app before the Closing Ceremony at http://whamcitylights.com/app.

If you wait to load the app during the ceremony, there may be a bandwidth crunch.

As Dean announced today there will be a very famous performer debuting a FIRST song at the Championship Closing Ceremony.
The audience can join in the light show for the song by downloading the app before the Closing Ceremony.
