FIRST Promposals

So I was wondering what kind of creative ways people have used to ask girls out to prom using FIRST as a way to do it. Thanks

Robots going out during practice matches and holding up a sign tends to be the favoured way.

At 2013 Buckeye Regional I saw team 639's bot reach up its full 7 feet to roll out a giant piece of construction paper that said "POOJA, PROM?" Pooja said yes.

At 2014 Finger Lakes, team 20 sat in the middle of the field with it's robo-jaws opened up showing a sign that said "Beth (I believe it was Beth), prom?" I didn't see the outcome of this one.

I cut out a ring from 1/4" aluminum (don't worry, it was deburred and filed a ton), painted it red, and asked her out during a team meeting.

Someone asked between matches (over a microphone) during the 2015 Lake Superior Regional. That's not super amazing, but it worked!

Lol that's how I asked my gf to Prom at Oklahoma in 2012. Flowers and "Will you join my Alliance for Prom" and all.
