[FTC]: New Innovative Rating System for FTC and VRC
 

We are FTC team Hot Wired 7013. We created a new rating systems for Alliance Captains to use after FTC Qualification Matches. This system covers the flaws of other rating systems, which leave out certain aspects of the game. For example, numerous rating systems, including FTC's QP and RP system, leave out a team's defensive strength and driving skill. Our rating system, called DROPS, stands for Difference, Ratio, Offensive Power and Skill (DROPS). This system considers match difficulty, wins and losses, and offensive and defensive abilities.
