Setting Up the Driver Station

I am trying to use a new computer as a driver station.
One of the steps in the set up, as described here is to download the FRC NI Update. The link given to download these is http://www.ni.com/download/first-rob...-2014/4546/en/. This link seems to be broken.
Does anyone know how I can still obtain these updates?
