There's nothing like that built in, but that would be a very easy script to write up; just take in a CSV and spit out JSON. I don't have the time to add that right now but that would be easy for anyone with basic knowledge of Java to do.

Here is a quick python program our team made that takes the attached csv file and generates an event.json file compatible with the app. We plan to use this as a backup in case the fms api decides to die again.
