[WRRF]: CalGames 2014!
Hey everyone! It's that time of year again! WRRF is hosting CalGames 2014 and the details are below!
When: October 3-4, 2014 Where: Woodside High School, 199 Churchill Ave, Woodside, CA 94062 Who: Anyone who registers! Social Media: Currently early registration is CLOSED! But the list of attendees is still not completely decided! Check out our Facebook page for regular updates, and let us know if you have any questions! Our first planning meeting is this Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 11-12:30 PM at Woodside High School. If you can make it, please do join us! { Posted earlier in the offseason competition forum } |

Adam and all, yes, we don't have a publicity chair that would normally do this. Nikita is now our Social Media Lead and offered to post it in CD, as information for larger community (thanks Nikita!). Volunteers, as for most off-season events, are who make CalGames happen and registration was announced before we fully staffed the volunteer leads.
Early registration completely filled with a lottery for most slots on 5/6/14. We announce registration (and updates) to the Northern California community via the WRRF Community Google group to its members. And as another reply stated, open registration begins on 7/1, 12:01 AM. We already have more teams queued for that one where another lottery will ensue next week. Thanks for your interest in CalGames!
