Red Stick Rumble - We Need You
 

Hi all,

With a little less than 1.5 months to the RSR we are still fighting to reach our goals of 24 FRC Teams and 12 FTC Teams. Right now we stand at 18 FRC teams and 7 FTC Teams. The event is being held on August 30th with August 29th being a optional practice day. Teams that show up on the 29th will be treated to free Jambalaya.

The cost is $300.00 for FRC teams and $0.00 for FTC Teams. FRC Teams that bring an FTC team or an FLL team (For our Fast Start) along will get a Prime Pit Position, the Choice of a song from our DJ in one of the games your team is playing, and an entry into a raffle for a Game Ball signed by all of the people at the Rumble and whoever else I can get to sign it.

Wow, RSR will be here before we know it. I'm absolutely serious, for all the teams in the Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas area- this is a fantastic event to be apart of. Woodlawn HS and Team 3337 did a great job last year and I know 2014 will be even better. I really hope we can have a full field this year. So, everyone out there that isn't busy Labor Day weekend, come out and see us.
3991 would be happy to build the practice field again this year. We're right down the road.

It is a very well run event. We don't plan on missing it any time soon. More teams should show up.

Agreed! Daniel and everyone on 3337 did an outstanding job with Red Stick Rumble last year. The venue is great and there is plenty of room for more teams. It's the perfect end of summer fun on Labor Day weekend so come on Texas, Florida, Alabama, and Arkansas teams!

It's a long shot but we discussed attending on the way home from IRI we want to clear with the rest of the team that it is worth the $300 since most of our students would not be able to go since school starts on August 18th down here
