Chief Delphi - 2014 NI Software Download Help

I am trying to set up NetBeans for FRC on my computer as a part of an off-season project. I used the instructions found at http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/3120/m/7885/l/79405-installing-the-java-development-tools#!prettyPhoto to download NetBeans. At the end, it says to download the LabView support components at http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/...manual-id=8559. However, the link for downloading the NI Update, http://www.ni.com/download/first-rob...-2014/4546/en/, does not work and I was wondering if anyone knew the correct link for downloading the software.
