Thank You

If at all possible during matches the full field view is going to be far better for this game. The multi-camera angles won't add much since there are going to be totes obstructing much of the field. I'm also always a proponent of single camera full field streams so I may be a bit bias.

I'm all about the full field as well. If we only had one camera, that would be it.

The roaming camera is more for the spectators on-site.

Hey Allen,

2. As of right now, we plan on recording and archiving for scouting purposes. This is the plan. We want to have them up with as small a delay as possible, this will depend on the internet capabilities that we will be presented with at the regional. If this isn't possible, then we will upload them that night.

I will be attending with my team, I can provide you direct access to upload video to WatchFIRSTNow's Vimeo account and archive. Let me know if you are interested.

Just wanted to wish everyone safe travels tomorrow! We're planning on leaving early just in case we run into any ice or snow on the way down. Crazy weather this time of year!

I'm getting super excited to see all the great teams. Week one proved to me that this game is actually fun to watch. We are also leaving early just in case.

Everybody traveling, especially from the north, be safe, take your time, and leave early if you can. Arkansas roads can be unpredictable in this kind of weather... mostly because we don't get a lot of it, especially in the central part of the state.

Unfortunately our team's administration is not willing to allow us to travel through any bad weather and has cancelled our trip. Team 2352 will not be returning to Arkansas this year.

Look forward to seeing all the teams in the next few hours. Just wanted to give you an update on the stream. We are still planning on archiving the match videos for viewers and scouters on the Breakaway 3937 YouTube channel. As I mentioned in an earlier post, how fast they go up depends on the connection. I do not know what quality we will be streaming. We are merely a proxy, so we are at the mercy of whatever quality we are given from the av team.

Drive safely, and we look forward to having you all join us here in Arkansas whether in person or via webcast.

I'm sorry to hear that! It won't be the same without you all.
We'll miss getting to play with our fellow Oklahoma team!

Re: 2015 Arkansas Rock City Regional

Sorry to hijack this thread for a minute with a technical question, but I just got word back from our trailer crew who took everything to little rock last night.
It seems that we've had a leak in our trailer and we had water accumulate in our laptop crate. We have backups of production code, but we're worried it will be difficult to get running on a different laptop should it come to that.
Does anyone know if LabView hardcodes absolute paths into the project files?
