Team 5100 Roll Call

These seem to be working out pretty well, eh?

If you're a member of team 5100, report here. Deadline is 3:07pm PDT, 10/10/2014.

Not on your team, but why 3:07? I also recommend that you make sure that your members are using Chief Delphi effectively, not just posting in this thread! Chief is filled with info!

Yes, they are kind of tiring. It'd be a bit more effective to just get kids to write their usernames on a whiteboard at a workshop (or a sheet of paper) and make them post on Chief for real. If they don't feel like posting, they could, at the very least, occasionally look through threads for information. Looking through threads, asking questions, and answering questions are all much better uses of time, and much more rewarding in terms of effort:knowledge gained ratio, than just posting in a single thread designed only to show you exist.

With all respect to teams who have done this, I 100% agree with you. It's tiresome, and not the high quality content that ChiefDelphi benefits from. A better task would be having to send the mentor a PM alerting them of your registration, then make a high quality post on any thread of their choice.

They could always just send a PM to the person checking to see if they made a username for chiefdelphi
