A good engineer will never let himself stay asleep too long. This one has built a robot that will push him out of bed and then straight to school, through the snow, uphill both ways...

He's lucky he woke up with a drive base in bed with him. If it had been the arm, that would be the equivalent of a mob's horse head.

Not shown is the bandsaw, the drill press, and the CNC machine next to his bed. When he wakes up with a flash of brilliance he quickly prototypes it on the robot -- instead of writing it down in a dream journal like most people would.
