If someone posts an Excel sheet with all the 2015 events and teams attending I'll run the aggregate aWAR numbers and such. |

I added in the Standish District, SAUCE (which is 2006 onwards), and the past four seasons (2011 onwards.)

I am curious if this takes into account district clue banners. Does it disregard them entirely, or use them the same as the regional blue banners? |

For the sake of argument, let's say there was an event with two exceptional team with 40 banners each and all of the rest of the teams had zero. Empirically, would you consider this a competitive event? Would a better measure be the count of teams earning banners as an indicator of competitiveness?
