I love the render, Autodesk always seems to look so nice!

How are your 80/20 pieces attached to each other? I can't see anything in the render but I am assuming that there is some bracket on the inside corners.

Are you at all concerned about bending your axle shafts during matches? What do you plan to use this for?

It looks like there is some kind of support right next to the wheel that should prevent this (look on the far side).

There are 3/16 aluminum gusset plates on the bottom where the 80/20 pieces connect and two hole corner brackets on the outside part of the double wide pieces of 80/20 that spans the length of the robot.

lopsided98 is correct, there are 3/16 aluminum plates that hold the bearings on both sides of the double wide 80/20. Some are hidden behind the wheels from this point of view.

This looks good. The render brings a new meaning to West Coast Drive.
