Last minute speculation

What type of game do you think we are going to be working on tomorrow afternoon?

No game pieces at all? That would be interesting, my team was really hoping for a water based game. Several members kept saying it's gonna happen this year. But I heard from several of my team members that First said that the field used last year will be of adequate size.

Guys, the phrase "Change is coming" can be rearranged into "Mechanics going" which means all tech members leave the team till competition and PR members have to build the robots. Its that easy.

I think the action Frank did after he said "Change is Coming" is the most important. Particularly the old rules and the recycle bin.

I think it will be either stacking objects or manipulating field elements, and then having to climb on those stacked/manipulated objects. Like moving a pyramid-esque object before climbing on it, et cetera.

Maybe an inversion element. Like the robot must be upside down when suspended from something.

It's probably going to be pretty similar to last year's. They DID recycle the rules, you know! :p

The game is Recycle Rush!

Stack boxes and bins and place pool noodles inside the stacked bins.

That explains the long package!

My one teammate was convinced that it was going to be a hockey game this year, and that the long package was filled with hockey pucks. we did the math though and that would have weighted much more than the actual package did.
