FIRST Technical Resources Require Login?

I'm trying to get to the technical resources on the FRC homepage under technical resources > electrical. It directs me to the screenstepslive site, but there is a username/password login needed. Will this change after kickoff, or do I need to get a login for this site somehow?

It's redirecting to the screensteps site that was used for the beta test. My assumption is that they'll make it public tommorow.
