Looks very solid. You should try to test some of your offseason designs next offseason though, because if they worked that would be way cool.

What operation order did you use to manufacture the coax in the uper tube? did you re-position the tube for both sides? If you are not using a tornado boring routine like you probably used last year are you using a boring bar? Or are you using a adjustable reamer of some sort for the bearing bores. What are your tolerances on those? Are you not choosing to put in the lighting holes like the ones i did last year? They made assembly a lot easier.
