MA3 Encoder broken?
 

So I was testing with a Analog MA3 Encoder from US Digital and it was working fine and then all of a sudden its analog value just froze on 16 despite how much I turned the shaft. If i plug in a different MA3 Encoder it works fine. Is the encoder broken and if so why did it brake? It was just being twisted by hand when it stopped working.
