Throw Litter

Can the Robot throw litter to the other side? Or that action have to be done by a human player? And, are you thinking about that like a strategy? The litter throwing...

If a robot were to throw litter to the other side of the field, it would be a foul.

In the Game Manual:

G24 ROBOTS may not cause TOTES, RECYCLING CONTAINERS, and/or LITTER to completely transfer from their side of the FIELD, or from the STEP, onto the opposite side of the FIELD.
