Imaging E-12 Classmate

First, sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find a place under 'technical' that I thought looked right.

We are a rookie team and we received and E12 classmate from FIRST Choice. At first we thought it was DOA, but now we have been informed that we need to image the operating system onto it. Can anybody help out with this? I don't see any provided instructions and this is not something I have ever done.

You should be able to follow the instructions here and it will work perfectly. Just be sure you download the correct image (you said you had the E12) and you have a large flash drive (8 gigabytes work just fine). Remember that EVERYTHING on the flash drive will be erased when creating the image!

Rookies also received the Classmate image on a thumb drive in the KOP.
It's in a small white box in one of the large ziplock bags.
