The rules on the robot
 

Our team was wondering if you were allowed to have anything outside the frame of the robot when you before the game even starts and if we are allowed even during the game what is the max width and height of the object that is outside the frame and what is the max length and I thank you for any help. Our team truly appreciates it.

Per the rules, as long as you can transport it on to the field in the 28"x42" (or whatever it is) you can take 60 seconds to manually set the robot up on the field to be as large as you want under the height restriction.
