Pneumatics Control Module LED

Greetings,
The status LED on the pcm isn't strobing. Whenever we enable the robot in TeleOp, the LED continues to blink slowly instead of switching to strobe. The pneumatics along with the victors are unresponsive. We have no other components on the robot to test. We checked to make sure the wiring was correct. We are programming in C++, using the roboRio from this year's kit of parts. The code seems to work because printf output appears on the riolog. The channels we used for the victors matched the ports where we plugged in the PWM cables. Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks,
Bob the Sweeping Guy

How do you have the PCM wired?

What does the Robot Signal Light do when you enable the robot?

the RSL is solid when not enabled and blinks slowly when enabled.

we followed the wiring instructions here https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s...control-system. 3 different people independently went through the directions and verified the wiring matches the instructions including the color codes (of course we understand that "verified" doesn't mean we are right, but we did do it separately and all agree).

the COMP light on the PCM never comes on. the PCM jumper is set to 12V. the CAN bus jumper is set to ON.

Re: Pneumatics Control Module LED

For pcm to enable there must be
-good can bus
-robot code must create or open a solenoid
-pcm device must match what's explicitly set in robot code. If the programmer did not explicitly set the deviceid then pcm deviceid should be set to zero.

Steps to check wiring and setting device id.

Not sure about the victors, did you create victor objects in the robot code?
