Kudo's to Luke Yost and FRC 2641 Nick Winwood

I have to say something on Luke's behalf, I ordered his new modulus system for our team to try out this year; as it looks promising.

Friday night I get home expecting my delivery, it wasn't there. I checked the tracking number and the website said delivered, so I looked around my porch again and nothing. I double check the tracking info and I see that it was sent to Pennsylvania instead of Mississippi.

I sent Luke an email and he sprang into action, I don't think I have ever received that degree of customer service. In the span of three hours, pretty late on a Friday night; he tracked down the error, found the team it was sent too, and arranged for it to be sent directly to me. Remember, this is approaching 1 AM EST on Saturday morning at that point.

Team 2461, specifically Nick Winwood, then shipped it overnight to us. I expected it to get here on Tuesday. But no, it was waiting on my doorstep tonight when I got home.

Excellent display of GP from both of these fine gentlemen, Fusion thanks you very much!

And here I thought it was bad that one of our FIRST Choice packages went to 1234 ABC Street instead of 1234 XYZ Street, which is two blocks over (keeping the address anonymous). Edit: managed to track it down after a couple days.

I meant to point out that it was an error at the distribution center that was out of Luke's control. If his product is as good as his customer service, it should do well indeed.
