Clarifying the frame

I have a question that will hopefully be answered. we want to know if we can have anything out side the parameters of the robot or do we have to have everything inside the frame but then be allowed to unfold then things outside the frame as long as we are under the height limits. Please and Thank you for your responses.

Open the game manual, press "ctrl+F", type "R1". Read on from there, should answer any questions.
