RoboBuilder not exporting subsystems

Even though we have the "Export subsystems" option checked, the subsystems are not being exported to Eclipse, period. Screenshots attached show our errors in eclipse and the RobotBuilder options. Commands seem to be exporting fine, though.

Have you verified whether the problem is eclipse seeing the file on the disk, or the file being written to disk?
