Psoc 4 prototyping kit 2015 cypress

Our team is trying to use the kit. We cannot get the driver station to recognize it as a input method. http://www.cypress.com/?rID=92146 is the site and we tried to follow the pdf attached but the usb serial sdk is missing from our install of cypress software.

We found that FIRST driver station does not support this device anymore you have to use the launchpad instead.
