"Target "deploy" does not exist in the project" error in Eclipse

I am getting this error when I try to deploy to the roboRIO:

"Target "deploy" does not exist in the project"...

I saw in another thread that the target must be set to the roboRIO address but I cannot find where or how to do that. Any help?
