Woodie Flowers Award?
 

Ok, so this is my team's first time nominating for the Woodie Flowers award and I was having trouble figuring it out. Everything that I found says to nominate through STIMS, but there's nothing to nominate with in STIMS! It might just be that I don't know anything about it, but I'm trying to figure it out before the deadline.
Can someone please tell me how to nominate?

Your team's Main or Alternate Contact needs to add a member (or members) of your team as an Awards Submitter(s) in TIMS.
