What specific part numbers are permitted pertaining to window motors?

The rules don't specify part numbers, do they? They only specify "automotive window motors".

So go for it!

Be prepared to present documentation at inspection showing the motor was sold as/labeled as a "window motor" if necessary.

They don't even specify "automotive" - just window, door, wiper, or seat. Does this mean that I could use a wiper motor from an airplane? I'd imagine an airplane door motor is quite powerful...

Look at R18 again. They restricted it to automotive motors in a recent update.

This still opens up a huge number of powerful motors, trucks and busses are automobiles, I wonder if anyone is going to put in the time to research a more power dense legal motor than the CIM. Could be interesting.
