I would also like to thank our alliance teams. It was a great team and the team work was excellent. We came so close.

Team 382 had a great bunch of people and a very nice robot. I hope to see you guys in Florida. You work very hard and deserve to be extremely proud of what you've done.

Team 573 is truly a model example for rookie teams. The robot was great, the driving was great, and the enthusiasm was were it needs to be to succeed in these competitions. I'm sure they will be a force for years to come.

What can you say about team 65? They are one of the nicest groups of people that I've ever met. I really enjoyed working with the drive team - we had a lot of fun in the short time we got to work together. Not to mention that 65 always has a robot to be reckoned with.

Last but not least, Las Guerrillas. Your team is truly a model for life. Not only for this competition, but for all of life. You guys prove that if you want something bad enough, you can make it happen. The drive to succeed that your team displays should be watched closely by all FIRST teams. Your team story is one that I will never forget. Good luck in the future and I hope that we can be partners at the nationals. I think the trend you mentioned is right on. #1 in Orland! Here we come!

(I would also like to make a special thank you to team 144. I'm extremely sorry that we dumped the goals on you when our balance sensor was bent. Since then we've added a sensor check to our pre-match checklist. Sorry it had to come at your expense and I'm glad it didn't cost you the #1 seed (although getting that 480 would have been nice.))

Regards to all,

Chris Hibner
