Yes, both DS and Dev pc use DHCP.

Were you tethered to the RR, or wirelessly connected through the D-Link?

Wirelessly both DS and dev pc.

How did you configure the D-Link, with the FRC Bridge configuration tool, or manually? 2.4GHz, or 5GHz?

Bridge tool, 2.4.

Are all other adapters on the DS and Development PCs disabled except the one used to connect to the RR?
