The "WPILib Java Deploy" is missing.(eclipse)

The "WPILib Java Deploy" is missing. We tried reinstalling the plugins and FRC update. We connected to the robot but can't run it. We are using eclipse to run the code. Please help.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=37587 is a Eclipse site thread about what seems to be your issue. They seem to have solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling Eclipse. I'd check out the thread for more details though.
